• Usage data — standard web analytics (pages visited, browser type, IP address).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process your tender documents and generate AI-powered responses.
• Reference your company profile when generating tailored tender responses.
• Process payments via Stripe.
• Provide access to your tender history and generated responses.
• Improve our service and user experience.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your uploaded PDFs, company profiles, and generated responses are stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Uploaded files are stored on encrypted servers and are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — for tender document analysis and response generation. Document text and company profile data is sent to the Anthropic API for processing.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, company profile, tender documents, and generated responses for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
