1. Service Description

TenderAI provides AI-powered tender response generation for Australian government and commercial bids. The service extracts criteria from uploaded PDF tender documents and generates tailored responses using your company profile information.

2. Not Professional Advice

TenderAI is a writing assistance tool only. The responses generated do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and customising all AI-generated responses before submission. We are not liable for tender outcomes or decisions made based on generated content.

3. Payment & Refunds

Each tender response costs $49 AUD, payable via Stripe. Payment is required before processing begins. Refunds are available if:

  • The processing fails to complete due to a technical error on our end.
  • The uploaded document is not a tender/RFP and we are unable to extract meaningful criteria.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to support@tenderai.com.au.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of your company profile information.
  • Only uploading documents you have the right to share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only upload genuine tender documents you have lawful access to.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Not upload malicious files or content.
  • Review and verify all AI-generated responses before submission.

6. Accuracy

While we strive for high-quality responses, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or miss important details. The quality of responses depends on the quality of your uploaded tender document and the detail in your company profile. We make no guarantees about tender success.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderAI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($49 AUD per tender). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our service, including unsuccessful tender submissions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
